Can I contact you on the same day that I need a nanny?
You are welcome to contact us on the same day that you need a nanny. However,
due to the number of bookings and available nannies, we may not be able to
help you out.
We recommend that you give us at least a couple of days notice so that we can
locate a suitable nanny for you.
Do I need to have the nanny at the same time each day?
No, you can make a booking with different dates and times each day to suit your needs.
You can also vary the start and finish times after the nanny has started, if she is available.
Can I split the booking so the nanny comes twice in one day?
Yes, you can split the booking as long as each block is at least 4 hours long. This option will incur
two transport charges during the day as the nanny will have to come to your accommodation twice.
What happens if I need to change the nanny's start or finish time?
After your booking has started, you can change the start and finish times directly with your nanny. If she is available, she'll be
more than happy to make the changes. If you end up using more hours than you originally paid for, we'll invoice
you for the extra hours at the end of the holiday.
How can I pay you?
We do all of our invoicing through Paypal. We will email you an invoice and you can use that to make payment.
We can also provide you with an Australian ANZ bank account number so you can make a direct deposit if that works better for you.
Can I pay by cash or credit card?
I'm afraid we don't take cash or credit card payments. We do all of our invoicing through Paypal in Australian dollars.
Can I pay at the end of the booking?
Unless you or one of your friends has used our service before, we can't accept payment at the end of the booking.
Unfortunately, we've had people who arranged to pay at the end but then didn't do so. We believe that our
nannies deserve to be paid for their hard work.
In the travel industry, it's common to pay for services in advance. We guarantee, in the unlikely event that you're not happy
during your booking, we will either change the nanny or give you a refund of the remaining money. If you have any concerns, we
would rather you speak to us straight away so we can address them.
What do I need to provide for a live-in nanny?
If you're employing a live-in nanny, you'll need to provide her with:
- Somewhere to sleep (she can share a room with a child)
- All meals and refreshments
- Free time (nannies should work a maximum of 12 hours in any 24 hour period
Can we take the nanny to Water Bom Park?
Yes, it's fine for your nanny to accompany you to Water Bom Park or any other tourist destination.
It certainly makes your visit easier if you have an extra pair of hands!
You'll need to pay for the nanny's entry fee and provide her with suitable refreshments during the day.
